Im thinking of getting a kubota tractor, a 4wd L4150 or L4850. I would like to know if these tractors are plagued with any problems and when one comes up used what should I pay close attention to. How stong are the loaders and how well do they work off of the tractors hydrolics.Im going to be getting into cattle, bout 20-50 head. Ive got all sorts of jobs to do as well as forestry and fencing work on some rough terrain. Im keeping my ford industrial tractor, its got an awsome loader. Its just not 4wd and won't go to well up the side hills and through the tree's. My neighbour had 70 head of cattle and did all the work with a kubuta L3350 4wd and a 2wd L3650 with out a front-end loader on either tractors. So im impressed with kubota's, little tanks.Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Jody both of the tractors mentioned are good tractors and hard to tell you as to what to watch for as far as repairs. I'd just look to see if the units in question have been abused and than start looking for things that have been repalaced or as to things that need to have work done on. ....
